Deb came to TBI with over 40 years of healthcare experience. Deb began her career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse working in surgical intensive care units and was the youngest RN ever promoted to a Head Nurse position at Tulsa Regional Hospital. Throughout her 8 years at bedside, Deb soon determined she had a ‘head for business’.   The next 16 years of her career were spent in the home health industry with Home Health Home Care, Inc. HHHC grew to be the largest home health agency in the mid-west, with offices in 7 states and over 5000 employees. She began with HHHC as a local manager and rose to an Executive Vice President position. Deb then moved on to more entrepreneurial endeavors. As part owner she oversaw the operations for several successful Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities. Upon the sale of these facilities, in 2007, she became the Chief Operating Officer for a local sleep company. She and her team successfully grew the company from one laboratory to 3 free standing laboratories, and then successfully partnered with area hospitals to open and manage another 4 laboratories.
