Robert Brennan, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant practicing for over 20 years. He received his Bachelors of Science from Westmont College in California. Robert worked as a Paramedic for ten years in California before becoming a Physician Assistant. In 1996 he joined the US Navy Reserve and served as a combat corpsman with the Marines until 2000 when he was commissioned as an Ensign. In 1998 he graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Stanford University School of Medicine. Robert worked in emergency medicine from 1998 to 2002, when he went into orthopedic surgery. Robert served with the Navy in South Korea, Kuwait, and multiple US bases. He was recalled to active duty in 2009 and served a combat tour in Afghanistan. Due to injuries Robert sustained while serving in Afghanistan, he was honorably discharged from the US Navy as a Lieutenant Commander. In 2017 Robert and his family moved to Texas, where he accepted a position in Orthopedic Trauma at a Level I trauma center. After five years in trauma, Robert moved into complex spine surgery, working with Dr. Rajesh Arakal at Texas Back Institute.

Robert lives in Rockwall with his wife, Connie and daughter Hailey. Outside the clinic, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and many outdoor activities and is a proud member of the Marine Corps League and Band of Brothers and Sisters. In addition, Robert is an active member of Holy Trinity by the Lake Episcopal Church.
