Lise McConnellChief Financial Officer

Lise McConnell joined Texas Back Institute in February 2006 as Director of Financial Reporting and later Director of Finance. In 2016, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Lise graduated with a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University and began her career with a large institutional investor in commercial real estate.

Following a career in commercial real estate and taking time off to be with her 3 children, she returned to the workforce and spent 10 years with a local public accounting firm specializing in back house accounting for the medical, dental, and veterinary professions.

Her favorite things about TBI are seeing first-hand the impact our physician’s dedication and experience can have on a patient’s quality of life and the culture of “service” to provide an excellent patient experience. Away from TBI, Lise enjoys beach vacations, knitting, baking, and spoiling her granddaughter.
