Texas Back Institute has a new little guy that just showed up! An elf named Spirit Spine has been all around the clinics. He is here to watch over the Doctors and Staff at Texas Back Institute to make sure that we are following our S.P.I.N.E. Standards. The meaning behind “S.P.I.N.E.” is Superior Service, Positive Attitude, Innovative Care, Nurturing Spirit, and Ethical Behaviors. He is checking in on us in a different place everyday! Today he is Hanging Out in the lobby watching over our front desk staff to make sure that the first person you talk to is representing our S.P.I.N.E. Standards to all of our patients.
